Hilton Garden Inn Jackson-Madison

Breakfast was great! The choice variety was excellent and the staff was outstanding. The attitude to accommodate was so welcome and assuring.

What I liked, was the property was in a nice area. Even though, it was still about hour out from the event I was attending. Further, when you walk in the door, it smells very clean, the layout of the common area was well thought out, and up to date. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Moreover, the breakfast was good and good options on food choices. There were plenty of parking and close to the property. I got a good night's rest and I would stay here again.

A quick getaway for the Memorial Day weekend for my girlfriend and I to cycle on the trace and the Ridgeland multi-use trail. Upon arrival the grounds were very nice with blooming plants, etc. The staff was amazing. Everyone greeted us coming and going. All of the girls at the front desk were great to deal with. Always smiling, talkative and extremely helpful. We ate breakfast onsite the two mornings we were there. Our room was very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels and the A/C will freeze the room. Bathroom was extremely clean. Food was very good and the staff was polite and always helpful. Can walk across the wooden bridge to a few places to dine and a grocery store is less than 5 min away (behind the hotel) Be sure to request a room that faces the water. When we checked out, all staff that was there (we saw them throughout our stay) wished us a safe trip home and please come back again. We will be staying here again in the fall of 2022. Highly recommend this location.

The hotel was nice, clean, and a good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

W did not eat either day there. I only went through the lobby when I was leaving. spent the time with a family gathering and only slept andt the hotel
